Unsupported MTN SIMs
Orders for the following will result in total loss of funds:
- Agent, Merchant, or EVD SIMs
- Turbonet & Broadband SIMs
- Blacklisted or Roaming SIMs
- Debted SIM cards (Those with borrowed credit/data)
- Wrong numbers or different networks
Delivery & Working Hours
- Data delivery is not instant; it may take 2 hours or more.
- Orders with issues must be resolved the same day.
- Notify Admin immediately to cancel if you notice an error.

Platform Rules
- No Social Media Ads: Only share with friends/family. Public ads result in account deletion.
- No Reversal Requests: Calling telcos for reversals will lead to an immediate permanent ban.
- No Group Luring: Do not use Agent packages to lure members into external groups.
- Number Formatting: DO NOT SPACE NUMBERS or add "+233". Use local format (e.g., 024xxxxxxx). Errors lead to money loss.
Account Inactivity
- Accounts inactive for 30 days or more will be automatically wiped by the system.
- Agent subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
- We reserve the right to deactivate accounts for any violation of these terms.
